 If you are dissatisfied with a purchase simply return it within 7 days for a full refund on PURCHASE PRICE (shipping costs are not refundable). Culinary Needs does not pay for the cost to return items. Products returned must be unused and in resale condition.

We will credit or refund  you on any products in the case of spillage, damage, spoilage, or an error on our part. If the product was mishandled after delivery or if you made a product selection that did not appeal to your palate, we cannot be responsible for accepting the product back.

Products which may be defective or damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Culinary Needs.

Our refund policy does not cover products damaged due to neglect or improper usage. Our refund policy does not cover products which are special ordered on the customer's behalf.
